T2-w images show multiple, non-enhancing, coalescing T1 hypointense and T2 hyperintense nodules in cerebellum.

Final diagnosis – MV-PLUS syndrome

  • Imaging features consist of the coalescence of small T1WI hypointense and T2-FLAIR hyperintense nodules in subcortical and juxtacortical area.
  • Lesions did not change in size or signal during a median follow-up.
  • Similar to MVNT of supra-tentorial fossa, no malignant potential
